At Zerolink Digital Network, we value your privacy. This document outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
1. Information we collect
Depending on the service requested, we may collect contact details, installation or billing address, enquiry details, technical information supplied for support, payment references and identity or KYC records where required for service activation or compliance.
The Speed Test records measurement results, approximate place and provider labels, distance to the selected host, device category, page-visit duration and share-button activity for aggregate weekly reporting. Public IP addresses are stored only as shortened keyed hashes; precise device coordinates and plain IP addresses are not stored in the report dataset.
2. How information is used
Information is used to answer enquiries, assess feasibility, provide and support services, process billing, communicate service updates, prevent misuse and meet applicable contractual or legal requirements. Zerolink does not sell personal information.
3. Sharing and service providers
Information may be shared with authorised staff, payment processors, connectivity or installation partners, hosting and communication providers, or authorities where required by applicable law. Access is limited to the purpose for which it is required.
4. Security and retention
Zerolink applies reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Records are retained only as long as needed for service, billing, dispute handling, security, backup or applicable compliance requirements.
5. Cookies, analytics and advertising
This website may use essential storage, analytics and Google AdSense advertising technologies. Google and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers or similar technologies to serve, measure and limit advertising, including ads based on previous visits where consent and applicable law permit. You can review or control personalised advertising in Google My Ad Center. Browser controls can restrict cookies, although some functionality may then be limited.
Where legally required, advertising consent choices must be collected through a Google-certified consent platform before personalised advertising technologies are used.
6. Your choices and enquiries
You may request access, correction or deletion of information where applicable, subject to identity verification and records Zerolink must retain. Send privacy enquiries to sales@zerolink.in.
